Only carry your own waste?
Builders, landscapers, trades: no job emails for you. Claim anyway to decide what clients see and show them your licence.
How did my business get on here?
Every licensed waste carrier is on a public register kept by the Environment Agency or its Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish counterpart. We build a page for each one from that record and other public sources. Claiming is how you take it over, and if you'd rather not be listed, one email to contact@recyclr.co.uk takes it down.
How long does claiming take?
If the email address you confirm is already on the listing, or matches your website domain, your claim completes instantly and you're signed straight in. Otherwise it's passed for manual review, which usually takes 1–2 business days, and we'll notify you by email either way.
Will you fill my inbox?
Only with jobs, and only if you collect waste for customers. You choose how far you travel, you can pause jobs until a date, and every job email has a one-click link that stops them for good.
Can I take my listing down?
Yes, claimed or not. Email contact@recyclr.co.uk and it comes down. You can also hide your phone number, email or website and keep the listing. No fee either way.
What if my business isn't listed?
Every registered waste carrier should already be in our directory. If you can't find yours, you can register it yourself: enter your registration number and we'll check it against the register while you wait. Still stuck? Email us at contact@recyclr.co.uk and we'll investigate. Register your business→
Can multiple people manage one listing?
One person holds a listing today: whoever proved they hold the email address on it. If a colleague needs access too, email us at contact@recyclr.co.uk and we'll add them.
Is it really free?
Yes. Claiming and managing your listing is completely free, and so is every job we send you. We may offer optional paid software alongside it, but your listing and your jobs will always be free.
It's live either way. Make it yours.
