Incredible Surplus, formerly The Real Junk Food Project Birmingham, is a Community Interest Company established in 2014. They combat food waste and insecurity by intercepting surplus food from businesses and redistributing it on a 'Pay-As-You-Feel' basis across Birmingham. Beyond food redistribution, they also engage in community growing and composting, aiming to create a circular economy for food. They have redistributed over 1800 tonnes of food and served 36,000+ meals.
